Day 1: Arrival at Delhi
Upon arrival in Delhi you will be received and transferred to hotel by our representative. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: Delhi
The day begins with introduction to Yoga instructor and a short Yoga session. Breakfast follows a city tour of New Delhi and Old Delhi covering Birla Temple, India Gate, Parliament House, Humayun's Tomb, Qutab Minar, Gandhi memorial, Jama Masjid, Red fort and Jama Masjid. Stay overnight at hotel.
Day 3: Delhi- Haridwar - Rishikesh
Early morning you will be transferred to station to catch the Shatabadi Express to Haridwar. On arrival you will be transferred to hotel. Afternoon city tour is followed by visit to Ashrams, which are centers of philosophical studies, Yoga and meditation.
Day 4 to Day 9 at Rishikesh
For the next five days you will stay put at Rishikesh for hard-core Yoga training, in serene surroundings, on the banks of holy river Ganges. The daily routine will be as follows.

Day 10: Rishikesh-Haridwar
After breakfast you will proceed to Haridwar. A full day sightseeing of Haridwar follows, including the magnificent Aarti at River Ganges in the Evening. Stay overnight at the Ashram.
Day 11: Rishikesh-Delhi / Agra (270 Km)
Breakfast at the Ashram. Afterwards you will check out and drive to Haridwar to Catch the Shatabdi Express for Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi you will be driven directly to Agra. Arrival follows check in at the hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 12: Agra/Varanasi
In the morning get ready to explore the most memorable embodiment of love and romance, the Taj Mahal. After breakfast check out and depart for a guided sightseeing tour of Agra fort and Akbar's tomb at Sikandara. Later in the evening transfer to the railway station for overnight train journey to Varanasi. Overnight on train.
Day13: Varanasi
Arrival at Varanasi follows transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon you will be taken for a city tour of Varanasi, the holy city. The tour covers visits to the Ganga Ghats, various temples etc. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 14: Varanasi
Early morning you will be taken for a boat ride at River Ganges as you see life and death together at Ganga Ghats in Varanasi. It follows an introduction to your Yoga teacher and a short Yoga class. In the afternoon you will explore Sarnath, the site of Lord Buddha's first sermon. In the evening you will again join Yoga classes. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 15: Varanasi
Morning starts with Yoga classes. Later in the afternoon you will be transferred to airport for flight to Delhi. On arrival at Delhi you will catch the connecting flight for onward destination.
